Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together the oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and pumpkin.
  • Stir wet ingredients into dry until all is combined and pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
