15 ounce can pumpkin puree
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together the oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and pumpkin.
Stir wet ingredients into dry until all is combined and pour into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
