Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a big bowl.
Whisk the milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract in a another basin.
After adding the liquid components, mix the dry ingredients together thoroughly.
A griddle or frying pan should be heated to medium.
For each pancake, spoon 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until well cooked and browned.
