Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings of your choice sugar, honey, butter, soy sauce, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a big bowl.
  • Whisk the milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract in a another basin.
  • After adding the liquid components, mix the dry ingredients together thoroughly.
  • A griddle or frying pan should be heated to medium.
  • For each pancake, spoon 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until well cooked and browned.
  • Serve with the toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
