Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup ice water

Instructions
 

  • Combine flour and salt in Tupperware Quick Shake Container. Add butter; shake until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Add ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time; shake until mixture forms moist clumps and pulls away from sides of container.
  • Turn out dough onto work surface; shape into ball. Wrap in Tupperware Plastic Wrap; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Roll out dough on lightly floured work surface to 12-inch circle. Transfer to 9-inch pie plate. Trim dough even with edge of pie plate; flute edge.
  • Bake crust for 15 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely before filling.
