Casa Bonita Cheese Enchilada

- 10 flour tortillas
- Cheese grater (if using block cheese)

Ingredients
- 10 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix together cheese, enchilada sauce, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder.
- Fill each tortilla with cheese mixture and roll up.
- Place rolled up tortillas in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
