Ingredients
  

  • 1 12 oz can of beer
  • 1/2 cup of lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 lb of cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 6 slices of lime

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the beer, lime juice, salt, chili powder, cumin, and black pepper.
  • Add the shrimp to the mixture and stir to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat a grill or broiler to high heat.
  • Thread the shrimp onto skewers and grill or broil for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Serve on a platter with lime slices and enjoy!
