Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper.
Place Chilean sea bass fillets in a large baking dish and pour the marinade over top.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice. Garnish with lemon wedges, fresh herbs, or sauce, if desired.
