  • pounds Chilean sea bass fillets
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Place Chilean sea bass fillets in a large baking dish and pour the marinade over top.
