Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together crab meat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Shape mixture into patties.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add crab cakes to the skillet and cook for 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
