  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ripe bananas, thinly sliced
  • 2 (7.5 ounce) packages Nilla wafers

Notes

For a sweeter dessert, add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup over the top of the pudding before baking. You can also add a dollop of whipped cream to each serving for added decadence.
