Pioneer Woman Instant Pot Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • ¼ cup onion minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cups bread crumbs or Panko
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, pork sausage, onion, garlic, eggs, bread crumbs or Panko, Worcestershire sauce and parsley.
  • Mix all ingredients together until completely combined (you can use your hands for this).
  • Form the mixture into a loaf and place into the inner pot of your Instant Pot.
  • Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes, then let the pressure release naturally (this will take about 10 minutes).
  • Carefully remove the meatloaf from the instant pot and transfer to a cutting board or serving platter. Slice and serve with your favorite side dishes! Enjoy!

Notes

Be sure to not overwork the mixture when mixing the ingredients together; otherwise it will become dense and dry.
