In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, pork sausage, onion, garlic, eggs, bread crumbs or Panko, Worcestershire sauce and parsley.
Mix all ingredients together until completely combined (you can use your hands for this).
Form the mixture into a loaf and place into the inner pot of your Instant Pot.
Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes, then let the pressure release naturally (this will take about 10 minutes).
Carefully remove the meatloaf from the instant pot and transfer to a cutting board or serving platter. Slice and serve with your favorite side dishes! Enjoy!

Be sure to not overwork the mixture when mixing the ingredients together; otherwise it will become dense and dry.
