In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, onion, garlic, panko breadcrumbs and Worcestershire sauce until evenly mixed. Form into eight equal size patties.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add enough oil to generously coat the bottom of the pan. Place the burger patties in the pan, being sure not to overcrowd. Cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through.
Once cooked, remove the patties from the pan and set aside on a plate. Add the ketchup to the remaining fat in the pan and stir together. Pour this mixture over the patties and serve with your favorite sides (mashed potatoes, green beans etc). Enjoy!
