Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • Seasonings of your choice salt and pepper are recommended

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place chicken breast on a cutting board and slice each one lengthwise to create two sheets out of each breast.
  • Spread the cream cheese evenly over both pieces of chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over each piece of chicken then close them together so that the cream cheese is sealed in between both sides of the chicken breast.
