Ingredients

melted and cooled to room temperature

eggs
lightly beaten
2
ripe pears
peeled and thinly sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Add in the butter and eggs and stir until combined.
Spread the dough into the prepared baking dish and arrange the sliced pears on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and vanilla.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
The cake can be served warm or cold, with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream.
