Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 12 cavity muffin tin with paper liners. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
Using an electric mixer, beat butter until creamy. Add sugar and beat until light in color. Beat in eggs one at a time followed by the vanilla extract and Ciroc Red Berry Vodka.
With the mixer on low speed, gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fill each muffin cup two thirds full with batter then bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of cupcake comes out clean. Let cool completely before frosting.
To make frosting: using an electric mixer beat cream cheese and butter for 2 minutes on medium-high speed. Gradually add powdered sugar and Ciroc Red Berry Vodka. Beat until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Frost cupcakes as desired with prepared frosting and enjoy!
