Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of pork sausage meat
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried sage
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 sheet of store bought puff pastry thawed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the pork sausage meat with the garlic powder, sage, black pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Use your hands to mix everything together until it forms a homogenous mixture.
  • On a lightly floured surface spread out the puff pastry sheet and carefully spoon the sausage mixture down one side of the pastry in a long log shape.
  • Roll the pastry up around the filling and cut into 4-5 inch pieces.
  • Place each sausage roll onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and brush with egg wash, if desired.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve hot with your favourite condiments! Enjoy!

Notes

You can also add herbs and spices of your choice to the sausage mixture.
