Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir well until combined.
Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and stir to combine. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm with extra Parmesan cheese on top if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
You can also use cooked and shredded chicken or ground beef to add more protein to this dish. Just cook the meat in the skillet before adding the heavy cream.
