Equipment

  • A large pot
  • A colander
  • a large skillet
  • a slotted spoon
  • a spatula
  • A dipping sauce of your choice (sour cream, chives, etc.)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of pierogies
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a large pot of water to boiling on the stovetop.
  • Add the pierogies to the pot.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
  • Carefully remove the pierogies from the pot with a slotted spoon and place them in a colander to drain.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the pierogies to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until they're golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
