Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees F.
Rub the cod fillets with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and thyme.
Rub the spice mixture all over the cod fillets.
Place the cod on the smoker and smoke for about 2 hours, or until the fish is cooked through.
