Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together heavy cream, wine, salt, and pepper; set aside.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add shallot and garlic; sauté for two minutes, or until tender. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream mixture; bring to a simmer. Cook until sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and serve over lobster ravioli. Enjoy!
