Ingredients
  

  • 1 everything bagel
  • 2 slices of thick cut bacon
  • 1 farm fresh egg
  • 1 slice of sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cut your bagel in half and place it on a baking sheet.
  • Cook your bacon in a frying pan until it is nice and crisp.
  • Place the bacon on top of the bagel halves.
  • Fry your egg in the same pan that you cooked the bacon in.
  • Place the fried egg on top of the bacon.
  • Top with a slice of sharp cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for about 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
