Ingredients

ahi tuna
cut into 1-inch cubes

olive oil

tablespoon
lemon juice

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper
1
avocado
diced
1/2
cup
diced tomato salsa
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine ahi tuna, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Place tuna cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until tuna is slightly pink in the center.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine avocado, tomato salsa, and tuna cubes.
Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
Notes
This dish can also be served as a main course. Simply double the recipe and serve with a side of rice or quinoa.
