  • A medium bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ahi tuna cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato salsa

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, combine ahi tuna, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Place tuna cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until tuna is slightly pink in the center.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, combine avocado, tomato salsa, and tuna cubes.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!

Notes

This dish can also be served as a main course. Simply double the recipe and serve with a side of rice or quinoa.
