Ingredients
  

  • 1 lobster about 1 pound
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large pot of boiling water, cook the lobster for about 8 minutes, or until it is cooked through.

  • Remove the lobster from the pot and let it cool slightly.
  • Cut the lobster into small pieces and set aside.

  • Olive oil should be heated in a sizable skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and butter to the pan and cook for about 1 minute, or until the garlic is fragrant.

  • Add the white wine and lemon juice to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes, or until the liquid is reduced by half.
  • Add the lobster pieces to the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook for about 3 minutes, or until the lobster is heated through.
  • Stir in the chopped parsley and bread crumbs and cook for about 1 minute, or until the bread crumbs are crispy.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
