In a large pot of boiling water, cook the lobster for about 8 minutes, or until it is cooked through.
Remove the lobster from the pot and let it cool slightly.
Cut the lobster into small pieces and set aside.
Olive oil should be heated in a sizable skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and butter to the pan and cook for about 1 minute, or until the garlic is fragrant.
Add the white wine and lemon juice to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes, or until the liquid is reduced by half.
Add the lobster pieces to the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for about 3 minutes, or until the lobster is heated through.
Stir in the chopped parsley and bread crumbs and cook for about 1 minute, or until the bread crumbs are crispy.
Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
