  • A 9x13 inch baking dish
  • A large bowl
  • A whisk or spoon for mixing
  • measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf of bread cubed (any type will do)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, milk, eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve with caramel or chocolate sauce. Enjoy!

Notes

You can use any type of bread you like for this recipe. Leftover rolls or buns work well.
