Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup molasses
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour

  • Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). A 9x13-inch baking pan should be greased and floured.

  • In a large bowl, combine honey, molasses, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Stir in flour until well blended. Fill the pan with the batter.
  • For 30 minutes or until a toothpick put into the center of the bread comes out clean, bake the bread at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • After 10 minutes, remove the bread from the pan and allow it cool fully on a wire rack.
