Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. chicken breast skinless and boneless
  • 1/2 lb. crab meat
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine flour and Old Bay seasoning.

  • Coat chicken in the flour mixture.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.

  • Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
  • Remove chicken from the skillet and place in a baking dish.
  • Add white wine and chicken broth to the skillet and stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken in the baking dish.
  • Top with crab meat.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
  • Serve with tartar sauce or cocktail sauce. Enjoy!

Notes

If you are looking for a healthier version of this dish, you can use skinless and boneless chicken thighs instead of chicken breast. You can also use low-sodium chicken broth and white wine.
For a more indulgent version, you can use cream instead of chicken broth.
