Ingredients

two cups of mashed
cooked sweet potatoes
One sugar cup
Milk evaporation
half a cup

of melted butter

beaten eggs
Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon

teaspoon
cinnamon powder

teaspoon
of nutmeg
ground
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix together sweet potatoes, sugar, evaporated milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until filling is set.
Cool before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
This recipe can easily be doubled and baked in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Just increase the bake time to 60-70 minutes.
