mashed sweet potatoes

molasses

ground cinnamon

ground nutmeg

milk

butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place the pie crust in a 9 inch pie pan.
In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, sugar, molasses, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, milk, butter, and eggs. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the filling is set.
Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
This recipe can also be made with yams. If you can't find fresh sweet potatoes, you can use canned. Just make sure to drain them well before using.
