Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package directions.
In a large saucepan, combine the tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, olive oil, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
Drain the pasta and add it to the saucepan with the tomato sauce.
Stir in the parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Pour the pasta into a baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is melted.

If you want a heartier dish, you can add some cooked ground beef or sausage to the sauce. You can also use different types of pasta, such as penne or rigatoni.
