Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 vegetable of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the salmon in the miso paste, mirin, sake, sugar, and soy sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  • Grill the salmon over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
