Instructions
Preheat the deep fryer to 350°F (175 degrees C).
Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Whisk together the egg and milk in a separate bowl.
Dip the crab flesh in the flour, then the egg, and finally back into the flour mixture.
Cook crab legs for 4 to 5 minutes in heated oil, or until golden brown. Using paper towels, absorb any excess liquid.
Serve with lemon wedges and butter. Enjoy!
