  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the deep fryer to 350°F (175 degrees C).

  • Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Whisk together the egg and milk in a separate bowl.
  • Dip the crab flesh in the flour, then the egg, and finally back into the flour mixture.
  • Cook crab legs for 4 to 5 minutes in heated oil, or until golden brown. Using paper towels, absorb any excess liquid.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and butter. Enjoy!
