Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup Hennessy cognac
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, Hennessy, hot sauce, and butter. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  • Preheat a deep fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and pepper.
  • Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
  • Fry the chicken in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  • Serve with the dipping sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
