Ingredients

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, Hennessy, hot sauce, and butter. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
Preheat a deep fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and pepper.
Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
Fry the chicken in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
