Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine lobster meat, heavy cream, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, white wine, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and cayenne pepper.
Stir in cooked macaroni and mix well.
Pour mixture into a buttered 9x13 inch baking dish. Dot with butter.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
