Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni cooked according to package directions
  • Butter for dotting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine lobster meat, heavy cream, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, white wine, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and cayenne pepper.
  • Stir in cooked macaroni and mix well.
  • Pour mixture into a buttered 9x13 inch baking dish. Dot with butter.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
