Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, coconut milk, sugar, baking powder, eggs, and melted butter. Mix well. Stir in grated cheddar cheese and heavy cream. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cut into squares and serve with butter and sugar on top. Enjoy!
